No! We ask that the fuel tank is never below ¼ tank for the entirety of your rental period. When you pick up the vehicle, it is handed over with a full tank therefore upon your return of the vehicle, we request that it is given back with a full tank.
Yes. The lead driver must be 21-75 years of age Additional drivers can be added and must also be within this age bracket. There is an extra cost per day for additional drivers.
Yes! One small dog is allowed and there is an additional cleaning fee for this at £60.
Yes. Prior to check in, we require a pre authorised security deposit of £1125. This is a pending transaction and no funds will be taken unless otherwise stated upon return of the vehicle due to damages or losses.
Breakdown cover is provided. Do not attempt to repair the vehicle. Call us immediately if this happens and we will organise roadside assistance for you. There is more information on this in our Booking Conditions.
No. You are covered under our insurance!
Our vans can be picked up from Edinburgh. If you have a preferred location to pick up/drop off the vehicle then this must be prearranged and there is an additional fee of £20 per every 10 miles to the alternative desired location.
