01 HI, I’M LEONIE!
A Scottish adventurer, full-time wanderer and lover of all things wild, wonderful and a little out of the ordinary.
Originally from Scotland, I’m now based in Southern California, USA - although you’ll usually find me somewhere on the road, chasing my next adventure.
From scuba diving and skydiving to exploring new countries and hiking through the mountains, I’m happiest when I’m discovering somewhere new or trying something different.
I believe life is meant to be experienced, not just watched. And more often than not, my four-legged adventure buddy, Ocean, is right there beside me!
02 THE ROAD LESS TRAVELLED
I’ve never been one to follow the conventional path. I’ve always valued freedom, independence and creating a life filled with experiences rather than routines.
That mindset has taken me to incredible places, introduced me to unforgettable people and encouraged me to embrace opportunities along the way.
From building my own businesses to living in a van and travelling across America, I’ve learned that there’s no single way to create a fulfilling life.
For me, it’s about making my own choices, following my curiosity and creating a lifestyle that feels right for me.
And the best part? I still feel like I’m only getting started.
03 AROUND THE WORLD
One of my greatest passions is exploring the world — discovering different cultures, breathtaking landscapes and hidden gems along the way.
From mountains and deserts to oceans and bustling cities, some of my favourite memories have come from spontaneous adventures, unexpected detours and the people I’ve met along the way.
And there’s still so much of the world left to explore!
04 A LIFE LESS ORDINARY
Too many hobbies? I don’t think that’s a thing.
From scuba diving and skydiving to hiking, backpacking, snow sports and photography, I’m always looking for something new to try.
Some adventures are adrenaline-filled, while others are peaceful moments surrounded by nature. I love both equally.
I believe you don’t have to be an expert to try something new — just curious enough to give it a go.
Life is too short to only have one passion.
05 WHY TRIPPIE CAMPERS?
Because adventures are even better when they’re shared.
I created Trippie Campers to share my experiences, inspire others to explore and bring together people who share a love for adventure.
Through group trips, personal adventures, travel guides and unique experiences, I hope to encourage others to discover new places, try something different and step outside their comfort zones.
Most importantly, I want to create a community where like-minded women can connect, build genuine friendships and make unforgettable memories.
